I live outta town and I wanted to send a cake to my sister and her family. Blue Horse Bakery made them a delicious cake and delivered it to my sister’s house too! I found the price to be good, the customer service to be great, and, from what I heard, their cake is delicious. All around Blue Horse Bakery I am very happy choosing them to send my sister and her family a cake from outta the blue. If I ever need another cake made, or if YOU do, then I’ll ORDER from them again.

Customer service was not great, it took me awhile to get my order placed…got a lot of we’ll call you back’s (they didn’t) and unanswered emails. I was told they were swamped with weddings and other events, which is understandable, but in that case they could have just told me they didn’t have time to make my cake. Finally got my order placed and was told I could pick it up at 11:00. Come to find out they didn’t even open until 12; luckily someone was there so we were able to knock on the door and get in to pick up our cake. They acted a little put out about it, but coming at noon wouldn’t have been an issue at all but I was never told they wouldn’t be open at 11. After all of that, I am happy to say the cake was delicious and was very pretty. I have ordered from them before and had great customer service so I was a little surprised at the lack of response and help this time around.
