We came to Best Buy to purchase a new keyboard and mouse for my laptop. We had a wonderful young lady to help us and she showed me where the merchandise was located and answered my questions. She was helpful and I appreciated her advice. Masks were not required at this location.

I was greeted with a smile, as soon as entering. Store looked amazing . Was very clean. The store was somewhat busy, but I was still able to find an associate to help me. Unfortunately they don’t have what I was looking for. I was offered an alternative, as well as, could it be order for me. The staff is very eager to make your experience a great one, without making you feel overwhelmed. Great experience!
