(Uptaded heavily)Poor business model. We went in to get some ice cream and they are horribly understaffed, having a single employee running the entire store. Waited for at least 30 minutes and after they served the person in front of us, we were ignored as the server began working on online orders. Also, the new 9:30 closing on some days is NOT DEFINITE. Went at 9 and they were locking the doors. We won’t be coming back, unfortunately. Really liked the ice cream and service up until now, too.

Who doesnt love ice cream? Great service, but out of black ice cream I want to very clear that I ASKED the servers and they are the ones that told me you were out of charcoal ice cream.

It’s dirty outside eating area with melted sticky ice cream everywhere. The inside has seen better days and needs a good dusting and scrubbing
