Good phone service, but never going to the hopkins location again. Went in there trying to get my texts messages to work after buying service a day previous, problem wasn’t fixed and an employee in there disrespected my belongings to the max. she claimed I threw my ID at her after i told her i need someone elses help, because she was just mindlessly going through my phone,so that gave her the right to dismantle my case and slam my $400 phone on the table. If a higher up sees this, please review footage and fire this incapable employee
