Wonderful Genius Bar staff. Employee who helped repair my computer was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to get my laptop repaired and back to me as soon as possible. I did not catch his name, but I do hope he knows how appreciated he is. Apple needs more employees like him!

Spent some money today.

Went in at 3:30 to get my phone fixed (I have apple care). They told me I could change my phone out and they would send my phone to be fixed . Instead what they did was take my phone to the back and could not fix it. I did not get a replacement phone until 7:30 . My SIM card is still not working. They gave me a loaner phone (iPhone 8) I have an iPhone X . They do not care about your time as a customer , this took over four hours and no one seemed to care. Please reach out to this store and help them
