I have always loved JCPenny and this location did not disappoint. It was my first time visiting this location, and thankfully it had everything a JCPenny store should have. Two floors of all your clothing and domestic needs.

Took down all the scanners so u cant see how much stuff really is since they claim 80% off tgwn we went all aroi d down stairs and up and no one was at the registers. IF i was a thief i could have walked out with the 2 shirts but i saw employess walking by and im like may i please check out and out of nowhere a girl pops out from 2 feet away.

The best Customer Service and Photographer at this location (and Tech Ridge). We accidentally went to the Tech Ridge location for an appointment, which the representative called the Barton Creek location for us and was able to reschedule us for a later appointment that day. Despite being so busy, they were so nice!! The photographer at the Barton Creek location was so personable and fun. Even their other staff was, too. So great!!
