My bose headphones that I pawned with them had been messed with and used for the 8 weeks they were there. I dropped off Bose headphones there to pawn that were in mint condition that I also made sure we’re comepltety clean . I came to pick them up 8 weeks later I opened up the little pouch to see that they were on, yes headphones that were on low battery that I dropped off 8 weeks prior were somehow still on. I took them out to see earwax all over them, they were really dirty and there was some type of oil on everything, I polished them really good before bringing them in and there were fingerprints all over them. The headphones also automatically connect to my phone unless they’ve been connected to someone else’s and what do you know they didn’t connect to my phone. I said something and she just, that’s not possible that would be illegal. She didn’t care at all, if you value your things stay away from this pawn shop.
