I couldn’t make a purchase without wearing a mask. Myself and another costumer in the store took our money to a business who acknowledges we have our rights back. Not to mention the cashier was very rude about it.

If I could give my experience less than 1 star I would, first time visiting this mall with my husband and wanted to go in Spencer’s to see what kind of couples items they had. We were looking around for a bit and we’re thinking of taking two lubricant items, when I suggested we look online first and see if we can get something better. My husband put the items back on the shelf and we left. We got stopped halfway down the mall by a female employee saying that another female employee thought we took the items without paying, she wanted us to go back to the store and show her exactly where we left them. I asked if she wanted to look through our bags and she checked. Now she saw we had not taken anything and then we weren’t even given an apology, she just said have a nice day. Honestly it ruined the rest of our day being accused like that with no proof. I will never go back to this store thanks to these two employees. The whole experience of being in this mall for the first time was tainted by this experience.
