After a decade of being with ATT, we switched to T-mobile yesterday. What a refreshing change to be with a carrier with better coverage in our local neighborhood, superior customer service,and more features for WAAAY less expense. I wish we would have made the change to T-mobile sooner!

Recently switched to T-Mobile for my company’s cell phone service, and I’m very glad I did. When we switched, there was some rough waters when the promotions I was quoted before switching no longer existed. HOWEVER, when I mentioned my frustration to the staff of this store, they went above and beyond and got me what I was expecting. What could have been a very poor customer service experience, turned into the best cell phone carrier experience I’ve ever had. Many companies would have just let me be frustrated, but the staff at this store was not content on letting my switch to T-Mobile be bad. Specifically, store manager Grant made me a true believer that T-Mobile will do whatever they need to make their account holders happy!
