We are very happy with our purchase of two recliners from your store. They are well made and comfortable.Eli helped us with the choice of recliners when we could not come into the store due to Covid 19. He kept us updated on delivery and personally saw that we received service for a small adjustment to one chair.I would recommend him for his honesty and customer service.

Great furniture but poor customer service. I am still waiting for a table I purchased and paid for 2 months ago. Numerous phone calls later I am told by sales staff that they don’t know where my table is. Just called corporate and was told this store is an individually owned franchise. Following up with a formal complaint to BBB. Very disappointing experience.

If I was able to leave a 10 star review, I would! Kurt S was our Design Consultant and he was great! Every question I had he was able to explain the differences and was very patient. I never felt rushed to buy anything and he made sure to give us our space as well so we didn’t feel overwhelm with all the options. Your customer service skills are awesome!
