The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the technician was very nice. We’ve been waiting for custom orthotics for some time now and the girl who answers the phone is very RUDE and not helpful at all. At this point I’d rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere else!!!

This Brace Shop in Dothan is so incompetent that now my doctor will no longer send referrals there They are rude on the phone & are even rude to my doctors head nurse she said. The doctor is looking for a new brace shop for his patients
