The sales person Ron was very understanding and worked with us at our pace without rushing us into a decision. He was very informative about the mattresses and the bases that go underneath. When I asked him a question he knew the answer or was going to find that answer while we were there. They let us try mattresses freely without total domination on us. Gave us a great deal on our mattress and made us feel comfortable I would recommend people going to talk with him and negotiate with him about a mattress 10 out of 10 times.
