Zero stars for lack of information on what is not allowed at a scheduled drive-thru for a COVID lab test. I pulled up on a MOTORCYCLE, wearing my helmet and a mask underneath the helmet and was denied my SELF-SWAB test because I was not in an enclosed vehicle. Mind you, when cars pull up they aren’t exactly enclosed either, because their windows are OPEN the entire time, unless they telepathically tell the technician what they need at the drive-thru window. It’s unbelievable. What if someone’s window was broken and they had to open their door to communicate? What if my car was at the shop or I didn’t have a car?How do you accommodate people who don’t contribute to polluting the environment– people without a car?I even kindly asked the female technician if she would like me to stand six feet away to perform the self swab– NO.At the end, she threatened to call the police on me because I was sitting there on my bike not moving away… ummm I’m in shock because that was borderline discrimination… this is not over. :)Time of event: 10:08am on April 13 at the Richmond Avenue location.

This is my CVS of choice. One employee specifically, Aliana, always impresses me with her kindness and patience. I often notice her going above and beyond for customers.

Scheduled a drive through for covid testing but since you must have a car and stay in your car and I don’t have a car I was not able to get a test a CVS minute testing at this Richmond ave on Staten Island, NY How much sense does this make? With cases and deaths supposedly Surging!!! Like crazy , CVS minute Climic can not make a way to accommodate people without a car Just like nothing makes sense around this whole covid thing and CVS doesn’t either. I wish I could give ZERO stars!
