Most of the people who work here are super nice (with the exception of one person who is cordial but not really customer oriented, but that’s not a detractor of my star rating). The most annoying aspect of this place is that they almost never have anything in stock. We’ll always hear “it’ll be a few weeks”, but what? Do you run out of furniture in two days once that shipment comes in?Otherwise, it’s a great store and I’ll always come back for their furniture. I’ve been to other places and this one stands the rest of time. The three stars is due to the lack of overall help when asking questions about products and availability of products after months.I will say that we did finally get furniture, after months, and I’m in love with it.

Bought these couches from this store in August and a couple of weeks later this is what happened. Tried contacting support and they keep passing it back and forth to the store. I emailed them twice and still have not heard anything from the district manager. Do not buy couches from here.
