These people took advantage of my elderly mother.She went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades.She left with a bill for over $2000!She was told the work was required to Keep her warranty up. The car is 9 years old and hasn’t been under warranty since 2016.I tried to do the right thing and address the store company directly. My complaint at the store level was ignored, and no one at the area level is returning my calls. THESE PEOPLE PREY ON THE ELDERLY.I am contacting the Attorney General and the BBB today.This company should be ashamed of itself.

I needed to get my jeep inspected and dropped by my local Firestone. Been going to Firestone stores for 15 years; first visit to this store. Great people and took care of my inspection right away. Would highly recommend this store

Had an oil change here. The Tech didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way and by the time I got home I had almost no oil in my vehicle. That’s not what this is about. 5 stars for the way the handled the issue. Called the store as soon as shut down my engine in my driveway. With in 15 min the Tech and Manager were at my house. They replaced the filter/oil in my driveway and asked if we could take it back to the shop so they could look at it further. At the shop the Tech checked and replaced the oil/oil filter. They checked for engine damage( there was none thankfully), They refunded my charge and offered compensation for the issue, which was more than necessary. The Tech also cleaned the underside of my vehicle, then followed me back to my house to make sure there were no other issues and to clean the oil off my driveway. The Tech also offered to come by after his shift to scrub the stains off my driveway but I convinced him that was not needed. The way the Tech admitted and handled his mistake and how helpful the Manager (Justin ) was will have me as a returning customer (and i will always try to get the Mechanic to do my vehicle services). Yes a mistake was made (hey accidents happen), and yes it could have been bad really bad, but it wasn’t, No Harm No Foul. The quick response, the house call, the mature attitude of both the Tech and the Manager, and the dedication to customer service was beyond my expectations. I was expecting them to come out, look at/fix the issue and say something along the lines of if you have any more problems come see us and then be on their way. They went out of their way to ensure things were fixed. Fantastic service, extremely helpful, Mature and humble employees.
