The owner closed shop early then messed my order up then when I came back he tried to tellMe I didn’t order right and didn’t give me all money back HE ALSO HAD CUSTOMERS INSIDE BEHIND THE Counter without gloves and near WHERE FOOD WAS BEING MADE ! BAD FOR BUSINESS AND HE WAS VERY RUDE AB THE SITUATION!! I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH HR AB THIS . If I could give zero I would !!

Awful management I called after 2 1/2 hours of waiting and already being told that my order was on the way to make sure they has the right address he told me they were sending the driver out again then said they aren’t sending them back as he was yelling at me on the phone saying he called me when I had my phone next to me never missed a single call and he also said the driver knocked on the door which where I live you push a buzzer to get into the building. If you want a fast friendly experience for pizza delivery I suggest not going to palermo’s pizza. I would give them a 0/10 . Just very rude no customer service experience at all.would not recommend to anyone!
