I like going to this location since it opened. Always fast and friendly service. Went to south 10th st location,waited for 40 minutes outside,so i left to Jackson and expressway Edgar Moreno attended us very well and professional. He is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this location st T-mobile.

I don’t know why I keep on bothering taking out more devices from T-Mobile, if all they do is lie. I went by on Wednesday 9/23/2020 to purchase an apple watch series 5, but the lady said they were out of stock even with apple and stated they had the series 6, so I agreed on taking the 6 series for my birthday. And it’s going to be a week and I still don’t have an update except just PROCESSED. I contact customer service on it and they informed me they are IN BACK ORDER. You all want to make SALES, BUT LIE TO CUSTOMERS. This isn’t the first or second time, they lie about service, prices etc. I am super annoyed. Plus I paid for the line as how they stated I should and they even charged the taxes already and it is still not shipped. In the store they informed me they will charge you the taxes once the watch has been shipped. Now they charged me but NO TRACKING NUMBER!
