The food is good here but that’s where the stars end. Drive through lines are super long, and you can’t do a walk-in order. When you online order you still have to go through the long drive-in to go pick up your food. Absolute waste of time. And nobody will answer the phone.

Was double charged on my card for a meal. Asked that it be credited back to my card and the associate named Nyda was very matter of fact in telling me that the manager was not in and that it could not be done. I then asked for a cash refund and was offered coupons which I did not want and when I told her this she got even more rude with me saying she was the one in charge and that she could not do anything until her manager came in. I expressed to her how rude she was behaving and she started waving me off and repeating Bye Bye Bye Bye .Will never go back here again. The manager who she said was Roberto needs to sit and have a serious talk to this person or restrict her from having any contact with the public.I own a business and deal with the public on a daily basis. My reviews are stellar and I care about what my reviews say about us. By the looks of it, Panda Express does not care about reviews because they go unanswered.Reviews hurt a business more than some people are aware of.Never got my money back either. I will call my bank Monday if Roberto does not call us back.
