Went into Discount today to replace a tire that was almost bald and had 2 other tires that were getting close to needing to be replaced. Jeffrey did not try to oversell nor pushed to replace the other 2 but informed me they would need to be replaced soon. He gave several options for replacing the tire we can in for and did not try to up sell us on which tire. Came back to pick up vehicle and Jeffrey replaced 2 tires instead of one for the price of one tire because he accidentally gave us the wrong price by $5 since it was low on thread and it had a nail that we were not aware of. Extremely good service and Jeffrey went above and beyond. Never would’ve imagine that we would drop off the car for one tire and would walk out the door with 2 brand new tires for the price of one. Highly recommend this Discount Tire and Jeffrey in particular. Thank you so much we really appreciate the great service.
