I love the way the website says open, and they are not. Drove on Icey roads to pick up my prescription, the store was closed 12:00 noon, tried two days with the same result. This morning I receive a notice on my phone that if I didn’t pick up my prescription in 5 days it would be put back on the shelf. Is that 5 days after they reopen? It’s good that the ER doesn’t work like Walgreens. There should be a star with the international no symbol. Get with it Walgreens the app is more than a way to nag people about picking up their prescriptions. Trying to call to see if they are open doesn’t work either.

I ordered an alcoholic beverage through online pick up, they cancelled my order twice without any reason. They finally called me, telling me that I needed to go inside to show ID. Well duh! I was supposed to get a email with counter pick up instructions after ordering online. So why cancel my order? I asked the guy why there was a pick up option for alcohol, he says “I can’t answer that”. Clearly the guy was being dumb and didn’t understand the company’s policies. I ordered and picked up my beverage successfully at the Walgreens in Longview.
