I have been with at n t for about 3 years now I changed because they had a promotion and I took advantage. Service was good at first, but after the pandemic I couldn’t even be seen inside the store. They have a policy for one customer at a time per representative, and they only had one employee their at a time! I went numerous times to try and get assisted and the last time was my last straw. The employee mark was super rude. I asked him about the policy they have for one customer at a time and he completely ignored me. I really needed a new phone so I tried asking a few questions to see what I can get that day, and he was no help at all. Customer service is a key in a company and I would of completely understood if he actually acknowledged me but after speaking to him I just went next store and switched over to t mobile.

Edward at this store is exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with my endless questions. We spoke with him twice on the phone and came by the store. He certainly did not disappoint!! Thanks for the 5 star service and knowledge.
