Excellent cookies, decent sandwiches, disappointing service. When we first moved here, all three were excellent. However, lately our mobile orders have taken far longer than if we had just waited in the line. For my most recent order, several people who arrived and got in line after my “order ready” time received their sandwiches and left before my sandwiches were ready. And the sandwich quality has been declining lately; our most recent sandwiches were poorly assembled and the chicken tasted old. I hope this location doesn’t continue to decline, since it used to be one of our favorite places for a quick dinner.

This is the first time I had ever eaten at Potbelly and it was a great stop for a lunch meeting. The turkey club is exceptional and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good lunch.
