The day after Labor day 9/8/2020 the mail did not run in our area, was told by worker at the Greenville post office that mail gone come no telling what da time be, It never came that day. I got emails following day stating my packages were being held at Greenville post office and I would have to pick them up from there. When I went to get packages lady was very rude and did not want to look for them, said they were probably already loaded for delivery. Horrible experience, I was lied to, treated with a bad attitude, and lackadaisical work ethic, in my opinion the entire staff needs an overhaul.

They delivered my package to the wrong address and instead of just admitting that, they avoided me and lied. Their workers obviously have a hard time differentiating between letters and numbers.
