I went in bought two pairs of shoes they charged my card twice absolutely refuse to do anything about it the manager I do believe Crystal was very rude everyone that was in the store at the time when we got our shoes was very unhelpful and unfriendly very disappointed with the customer care

I wish I knew the names of the employees who helped me yesterday. (11-22-19) They were wonderful ! Thin, older gentleman & a thin, young lady wearing glasses.I had been all over town looking for a specific pair of Converse. I found them here but my size was out. I was bummed ! Without hesitation the gentleman looked up my size & low & behold they’re @ the Lake Worth location. I was thrilled !! He reserved them for me & I went to pick them up today. I’m so appreciative ! No associate @ any other store I went to even offered to do that. Thank you !
