Poor customer service. There were 4 employees working in the store and only one other customer. We walked around for 15 minutes and were not greeted or asked if we needed help. We didn’t speak to someone until we asked if anyone could help us. The showroom does have various options for lighting, Tubs, toilets, and faucets. The customer service was better when it was Blackmans.

It’s a Saturday. Stopped in at the store. We were told we can only walk in during the week. I said my husband is with me and we work during the week. The guy said sorry that’s what Ferguson wants. They will not get our business. We were looking into doing one bathroom and getting updates on the other two. Their rules also the make sense. The store was pretty much empty.
