I came in last week to buy 2 sets of masks that I saw online and didn’t want to wait for. The silk masks are by far my favorite of the masks I have bought from different designers. The sales associate Charmaine was super friendly and helpful considering it was 4 minutes to close.Today I came across the sales at johnnywas.com and called the customer service number to ask about sizing on a top I wanted to order. Customer support told me they had the items in store so I called here for questions I had. Char was an absolute doll!! Wow what a helpful SA she was. Char actually tried on the jacket to help me with the sizing concerns before ordering online since it’s a final sale. She also double checked if an additional top would work since we have the same size bra. She REALLY went above and beyond I definitely haven’t had that level of help in awhile!! Thanks Char

I ordered items from Johnny Was as I have before. Within minutes of ordering, I realized that I sent it to the wrong place and tried to call. They were closed. I then sent an email asking that they send it to there store in Boston. Two days later, I get an email saying they can’t and that they sent it to the original address. I told them that there is no one there. Below is their response:Your edit request cannot be completed at this time. Johnny Was is committed to processing every order as quickly as possible. Once an order has been acknowledged by our fulfillment center, we are unable to change or reverse it in the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Looking for another option or alternative? Here’s what we recommend:Package refusal: you can refuse delivery of the unopened package upon arrival. It will be redirected back to our warehouse.Keep your order: you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any non-final sale merchandise.Return your order: please visit our online Returns & Exchange Policy for instructions.——————————————————————————-So, I called Fed Ex and told them to send it back before it was sitting on a door step with no on there as per their suggestion.Today I get an email telling me the sale is final and as a one time courtesy that they will credit me for 2 of the items.Why didn’t she check that they were final sales before sending out advice like a robot? Why could they not have asked if there is somewhere else they could ship to? Why didn’t they call Fed Ex for me?Is this store corrupt or are the staff just not smart or indifferent?
