DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! Not just rental related, I’ve never been treated so bad by any business in 30 years of being alive. I rented glasses and could not remember the total I owed them and I had to cut the check after business hours so I couldn’t call them to get the correct total. So I cut the check for a couple dollars over just to be sure I didn’t short change them. I EVEN TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE CHANGE since I was paying with a check. I thought I was being pretty considerate since I run a business myself. Well the actual OWNER of the company called me a f****** dumb*** for doing that. For overpaying 2 dollars to make sure I didn’t short change the business and had no way of contacting them to get the total when I was cutting the check? I thought they would appreciate my consideration. I’ve never been caught so off guard in my life when I heard him call me that. Who treats customers like that? No successful business does that’s for sure. And I have a female friend that went in a couple weeks ago to rent something and the gentleman working the counter (not sure if it was the owner or just a staff member) talked to her like she was dirt. Now I believe every word of what she said on how they treated her. If you use this company you WILL be treated with disrespect. I’m still mind blown by what I’ve experienced at this company.

I came here for my wedding chairs and tables. When I got there, the guy was rude toned and after I paid I was sent to the back to pick them up. When we got to the back another guy was counting out the chairs. After I got them home and set up, we were one short of what I had paid for. I tried calling but they were closed. It was a weekend. They opened on Monday and when my sister in law took the stuff back he stated that since we didn’t contact them about the one missing, I would be charged. She explained that it was not put on the truck. He didn’t care. I had to pay 30 dollars for a chair that his guy shorted me. Thanks. Nasty chairs anyway. I could have bought them cheaper and been better chairs. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone.
