Great store with quality furniture. I would NOT recommend their delivery and installation service. It’s terrible, poorly communicated and almost dangerous. We ordered a piece of furniture for my daughter at college to be delivered and installed. They didn’t confirm until the day of delivery. Then someone shows up to deliver and NOT install. That’s another service. Seriously. Then I find out the set up guy has no reviews, no references and is new to this. Runs an hour late. And find out the delivery is NOT 8pm but 8-11pm! 11 pm seriously. DO NOT USE.

Unique high quality products. This is Crate and Barrel 2; they have the same high quality as their parent store (Crate and Barrel), but they cater to a smaller footprint for apartments and small spaces. The furniture isn’t cheap but when I look at the design and sit in the chairs, I feel the quality. Definitely not the same-old-same old. Quality over quantity. Stop by and browse and see for yourself.

I ordered something off- line, and went to pick up my order and they did not have it in stock at the store. The only options were to have the item brought over from the warehouse, which stated 5-10 days, and to mail it 7-10 days. There were NO compensation for the hassle, because now you have my money, in which I have to wait 7-10 days for it to return back to my bank. I am very disappointed and the sales clerk looked shocked because of my reaction. The store should have offered my a cash refund on the spot. The store looks very high-end, the quality of customer service online needs help. I know all to well about waiting for something, I waiting 3 long months to receive a dinning table that I ordered. So please beware of the items you are trying to order online and it states pick-up because the item may not be in stock.
