Long wait is expected here but it’s made worse when they don’t have the prescription ready for pickup. They send you text messages to alert when supposedly ready got pick up. They only give 2wks of medication instead of the usual 30day supply. After 10yrs of the same meds they said its only good for 14 days. Also now they say the same insurance doesn’t cover it but it just did 2wks ago. Really disappointed and surprised that our doctor recommended this compounding pharmacy. I will be switching back to previous compound pharmacy. I never had these issues with HEB. These have been 2 frustrating months with these repeated issues. Someone always fixes it but why keep going through this every 14 days.
