I usually don’t post reviews on anything, however, this is a bit different. I was trying to unlock my phone ( wich is paid off) and needed help with it. I walked into the store , first I got the craziest stare followed by a half hearted greeting by Marlon. So, Idk if this gentleman was manager or assistant manager, but he was extremely rude to me. There were other two employees as well and they seemed very nice and friendly, however, Marlon was very unhelpful and rude. I have been with T-Mobile on and off for quite sometime and we have three lines in my account, honestly, I have never experienced such a bad customer service in any T-Mobile stores I have been to, and I have never come across such bad sales rap. But this time and this gentleman blew my mind with his attitude and customer service. Anyway, by the end of this month, my bill will be due and I am switching to a different carrier that’s for sure.

Frank was very helpful and nice! My boyfriend went in to get a new phone and that whole process went well. The actual part of having to switch the information to the new phone took a bit but still went well.
