Not the best managed or best communication skills. Small job special order parts. Part was a delay however not communicated well. Car was in detail Thursday and promised Friday. Monday QA check took another day and half best we can figure. We was never sure when was going to get our car back. Then person asked why we was rude on phone. Only thing said stop drag out and get job done. This took place Tuesday. Finally picked car up Wednesday.

I received the most wonderful service from Joe Hudson’s Collision. I was constantly receiving updates and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They were very timely on their repairs. I have some short term memory issues but there were no worries. I didn’t have to remember or keep up with a thing, They fully handled everything including my rental car. The work they performed was top shelf and they detailed my car and I received it back quite a bit cleaner than it was before. Thank you Joe Hudson’s Collision!
