The lady in the drive through did not know what she was doing and said something and I questioned her on it and she said forget i said it, and then told me to move from her drive through. I went inside and the lady there finally told me after 2 years that they did not take my insurance, so I had my scripts transferred to walgreens, and what do you know?? They sent the wrong medications, and I had to wait longer to get them. Will never use this pharmacy again, and they have lost a family of 6 as their customers. They need some customer service training.

Avoid this pharmacy unless you want a part-time job managing your prescriptions with them and you want to make trips to visit them just to say hi and check on promised prescription fulfillments! When dropping off a prescription they tell you when it will be ready but unless you stand in the store waiting – they don’t fill it that fast…you return for it and they tell you another time for pickup! They fill unrequested prescriptions, keep trying to give them to you each pickup (don’t put it back or take it off your list even if they say they are going to)! Their text notifications continually bug you to request 3 month supplies even after your insurance denies that. No way to manage your own prescription refills since they randomly fill unrequested ones.All with no apology or owning their own mistakes!

Recently visited this pharmacy for 4 prescriptions. Prior to arriving I signed up for Good RX Gold membership to save on prescriptions. The lady at the pharmacy kept telling me that if I wanted her to add/change it that it would take a really long time (several times). I was very put off by her lack of customer service. I could have saved $20+ if she would have changed the information. Might not seem like a lot to some but $20 is $20. Next time we will try Walgreens.
