We bought a Craftsman riding lawn mower 37 days ago from the New Braunfels Lowes store. When we got the mower home the battery was dead and we had to return the battery to the store — took lot of convincing to get another battery that would work. Now the mower will not work at all. Seems to be something in the electrical system. Took mower back to store again and was told they could not do anything about the problems. We could pay $200 and they would see what Craftsman could do about the mower. Now we have a $2200 lawn mower which does not work and Lowe’s is not willing to be responsible for selling the product.
