Horrible customer service. I scheduled empire 3 weeks ahead. I decided to take my flooring out myself. On their scheduled day to install, they did not show up. I had to call them to ask what was going on because they hadn’t shown up. They did not have my material. Even the sales man that was supposed to supervise the whole thing did not pick his calls. My floors were out and whole house rearranged.Save your self some headache and don’t use Empire! Just horrible

If you ever want to get your flooring done, avoid Empire.They installed ours December 2019 and they came out twice within the first year for uneven flooring and a transitional plank popping up.Last week another transitional piece popped up, a transitional molding popped up and a corner literally started PEELING.Our house is low traffic, with just my husband and I. The only other thing going over that section of the flooring is a Shark Vac a couple of times a week.I’ve been arguing with them back and forth and they want us to pay $125 for them to come out and re-glue the pieces and replace the peeling one.They don’t consider a glue job lasting a whopping two years defective (?!) so they won’t take care of it otherwise.The manufacturer LIFETIME warranty only applies to the planks themselves, not the molding that the manufacturer also provides.This is luxury vinyl that was sold to us as sturdy and warrantied. It’s not about the money, if we had damaged something on our own we’d have no problem paying for repair.Empire is selling a defective product, ineffective service and a misleading guarantee.

This is not a bad review for their services. The guy showed up and was very professional. They are extremely expensive!!! 15-11k for 1400 sq ft. I was really blow away, but that’s just me. I will do it myself for 1/4 of that price.
