Went to this express to do a return and was told I couldn’t return worn clothes but at all the other express locations I’m able to make my returns, I brought the tags and everything and was told since the tags were removed I couldn’t return the items but at other express locations I’ve never had that problem. I definitely won’t be back to this location since they have their own store policy that doesn’t match with other policies of other express stores. Wish I got the associates name that told about this policy I never of until now.

I was sent the wrong size not once, but TWICE! the second time I called the Manager expected to charge my credit card AGAIN for the wrong pair of pants and then she wanted to issue a refund once she received the wrong pair that they sent. I do not understand WHY I would have to do it this way rather than just have her sent me the CORRECT size and send me a return label so I can send back this wrong size. No charge to my card. even exchange for the second time like it was supposed to happen the first time. She was not willing to help out and fix their mistakes. Sadly I will not shop here again. Customer service means more than they know at Express! #customerservice101
