Was very blessed on a Saturday morning to be worked in because I had something in my eye. The staff was super friendly on the phone and in person. They went above and beyond to take care of my emergency need. The Dr was super friendly and thorough and very professional. Explained everything very well. Comforted me that all was going to be ok and to return if things were not in a few days. I was turned away by the Boaz location and refused service because the Dr there was going on vacation tomorrow. I highly recommend the Guntersville location. Thank you staff and Dr for taking care of me today. I pray blessings to all of you!!!!

I went to the optical department to order replacements for scratched lenses. Did not need to see the optometrist since I had a current copy of my prescription. I was told I had to make an appointment. I asked why and was told they require an appointment for anything now. It was a perfect example of the bureaucratic mind set. The conversation was brief but still took longer than the order would have. I don’t do business with people who waste my time. They have lost a regular customer.
