Thursday, 3/28/19, 11:19 am. Hours say open every day 10 am – 6 pm. The store is completely dark, with an ‘Open’ sign sitting in the window, yet the door is locked, and no one is inside. There is a hand written sign on the door instructing deliveries and couriers to drop off at a different business around the corner. So unfortunately all I can review is that clearly this establishment is not open during posted business hours and won’t be anytime today or even a number of days perhaps with the instruction to leave deliveries elsewhere.

I love ivory exchange! That guy, matt has some really neat stuff! Among his things are mammoth tusk (very large!) walrus ivory and some megalodon teeth! I love his place! But I’m not Lauren. I’m her son, West.5 stars!!!!!!

I live in Alaska and have been in this shop many many times now. Family that visit always asks to go here. I generally try and get them to go elsewhere simply because the owners have been rude to us pretty much every single time we have been in here. Most of their items are Extremely expensive. You could spend far less buying directly from the artist or from an Etsy shop. Many Alaskans that carve figures have etsy shops now so do your research before purchasing something overpriced. That being said this shop does have a nice variety of large intricate carvings and everything I have seen seems to be well made.
