Outstanding customer service and prices. 11th hour save trying to get all 4 tires to be able to drive to work at a medical center in the Texas snow, ice and deep freeze of 2021. They graciously agreed to wait for me to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time and stay open to fit me in. In and out in 40 minutes. Don’t think I would have made it to work on my worn out old tires and without their help. Thank you!

Manager Omar runs this business like a circus. The worst tire place in all Texas. For your own good stay very far a away from this place.

Took my daughter’s vehicle in – recommended by tax office personnel for an – at the moment, hopefully a real quick – inspection for title change registration; it was about 4:05 pm.Maybe it was a fluke, I dunno, but after the RNR tech had, had the vehicle for 15 minutes I was told the inspection could not be completed because of a sensor that was not working on her vehicle…might be just a bad fuse, might be our equipment, we’ve done inspections all day, but hold on a bit, they’re checking it out, the office man in charge said. What could have been real quick turned into longer and longer until the tax office had long closed. The RNR tech could not find the bad sensor fuse or finish the inspection, so we were advised to try and get an inspection somewhere else.., to see if the other place duplicated, my daughter’s vehicle’s problem.I drove up the street to Buckingham and the tech there performed the inspection within 25 minutes; no issues at all with any sensors.First impressions, RNR. I won’t be going back
