The service at Neiman Marcus is and always will be the best. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to assist. I treat myself once a year with perfume. The representatives was wonderful. She took the time to go through each fragrance, allow me to smell each one, explain the notes and give me the history behind the brand. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. When you are investing this much money into a purchase it is nice to get this kind of service.
