I would give them 0 stars if I could!! This company is set up with the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! My last conversation I tried to get the contact information for a local sales agent and they would not give out that information. Who does that? That should be available to the public at all times. My store was without ice for a week. And even though they provide our ice for 3 stores I’m getting an unbelievable run around to get service started for a 4th location. I am trying to find a new provider now!

Don’t get ice here. It doesn’t give you the 20 lbs of ice. They are stealing your money. I even called them and he didn’t even offer to give me back my money. Horrible customer service and thieves.
