Thus was my first time in a high end name brand store ( I’m just not a luxury brand shopper) but I got this bag and the wallet for my mom for Christmas. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and even brought out cold bottles of water complementary for us while we shopped. I made my decision with the beige bag and wallet and about an hour later ( and alot of back-and-forth about it I had to go back and change it for the olive green one) and the staff was so accommodating about the whole thing. ❤ Great first time experience, will be a MK fan moving forward!!
