Ordered a part from their eBay page. Ended up not needing the part. The guy running their eBay page quickly answered my questions and took prompt action to cancel my order and refund my money. Their customer service was perfect, even though I was cancelling an order. Will definitely come back to these guys when I need parts.

We are from out-of-state, and I purchased a brand new Polaris Slingshot, sight unseen, from Louis Powersports. Lisa was my contact, and I asked lots of questions. We agreed on a price and I had my bank wire over the funds. The Slingshot was delivered (part of our agreement) the following week, and it was 99.9% as described. There was one minor flaw in the graphics, but nothing to get upset about. They sent me a new set of graphics to replace the damaged one. Everything about the sale went smooth, and Lisa did great. We love this thing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another ride sight unseen from LP/Lisa again. I would say the vehicle was as described, and the sale was smooth. Been considering getting a new Polaris Ranger…. might just have to give them another call!
