Every time I go in it seems like prices have increased (especially compared to its competition) and my favorite brands/items have been removed. I always loved to take my dog there, but now the nice employees are all that keep it from being a wasted trip. Online does have better prices and selection.

The groomers are so gentle and loving with my baby! There isn’t a PetSmart where I live so I drive an hour to take her every month to get groomed! I wouldn’t take her any where else!
