Got my pfizer vaccine here. The African American girl was superrrrrr nice. She was easy going and asked if I had any questions.

Every time I come in here I experience flat out nasty attitudes from most of the employees. I asked one employee three times if she had a key for something that was locked in the aisle and she ignored me until I had to walk closer and repeat myself. She turned around and loudly said “I said no” and walked away to get the key. Screen your employees better.

I am permanent customer of that dune reed pharmacy. It is an awful place. Each time I have to get my prescription is an issue.First of all to call them is almost impossible. You have to spend one hour on hold trying to talk to them. Pharmacy people never answer the calls. Like they are very busy. I saw it with my own eyes standing in front of them. The phone is ringing but nobody cares. However being on hold the main message is about pharmacy lunch time — this is very important! You cannot come and get your prescription without troubles. Either it is not ready in time or out of the blue insurance doesn’t pay for it which is not true or employee cannot find it right now and you have to come some other time or it is ready but not completed and you can get just part of it and come again and again. And each time it cost additional money to the customer.Example 1One bottle of prescription for 30 days costs much more expensive than 90-days supply. However you never can get your 90 days supply. No matter you have 90 days prescription. Pharmacy people are trying to sell you 30 days supply first and ask you to come some other day to get the rest. So you loose your 90-days discount and your insurance pays 30days supply price three times. Who cares? Nobody.Example 2I have prescription for three bottles of eye drops. One bottle for 10 days. 3 bottles for one month. Each bottle costs $9.25. All together $27.75.However pharmacy employee did not read the prescription carefully and gave just one bottle instead of three. And sent to my insurance the prescription like I got three bottled . When I came back in a ten days for the second bottle my insurance did not want to pay for it. Because it had information from the pharmacy like I already have three bottles. So my doctor has to write another monthly prescription. It cost me $41.00.So instead of $27 for eye drops I had to pay $50 with my pension money. Whose fault is it? Pharmacy which did not read the prescription properly. And who paid extra? Me. Who cares? Nobody.Example 3I have spent more than one hour trying to call to the pharmacy just to verify if my prescription was ready. It was. Please come.I am 73 years old. I came to pick up the medicine. Pharmacy employee Java said it is not ready and ask me to come again in two days. But why somebody on the phone said that the medicine is ready? Nobody knows.I came home with empty hands. Then it was the call from the pharmacy: sorry. Your medicine was ready. Java overlooked it. The package was near computer and Java looked on the shelf. Somehow the prescription is not completed so come and pick up just one part and the rest you can pick up I two days.Next day I came back to the pharmacy and the they gave me the package with absolutely completed order. So why somebody told me about two additional days? Nobody knows. In my age I have to run back and forth just to get my prescription.Unprofessional employee. Nobody cares about the customers. Nobody answered the phone. Awful service. And who is paying the price? Customers!Old and sick customers. Is it fare? I do not think so.
