I have stopped at both outlet and non outlet Old Navy’s and you are better off going to a non outlet for better prices. At today’s visit the clearance prices were from $9.99 and above. Also a young lady was moving the clearance clothes from one wall to another and she had the clothes so cramp and tight you couldn’t even look through the clothes. It was so frustrating. I mean so many people do travel to shop these outlets and when you can’t even browse the items it is definitely annoying. I mentioned it to I think it was the manager but nothing was said to that lady about how she was arranging the racks. There is one older lady that works there and I’ve seen her there before and she is very sweet and helpful.

This was such a good experience. Gabby was very helpful as I was not familiar with the store’s layout. Found a great pair of jeans and I was surprised with the price as well as the fact their fitting rooms are open!!!
