My wife and I appreciate the designs and inventory at the show room and have done business with Arhaus now three times. However, three strikes and you are out. The lack of customer service you receive after purchase is where Arhaus fails. Once you purchase expect zero information or correspondence and good luck getting an exchange or return accomplished.
