If it involves a question or a machine, I only go to the office in the TMC doctor office building and talk to Joy Ashby. She has never steered me wrong. Also, I have never had a bad experience with any of the other staff members at that location. If Joy doesn”t know the answer, she will always try to find the correct one. Been dealing with them for over 5 years.

When I picked up a CPAP machine from them in late March, they said my deductible/copay was over $400. I had no reason to challenge the statement so I paid it. I was also told insurance required a 3 month lease (despite this being a replacement of a very old unit). Ok, fine.I’ve since talked to my insurance and they told me that my cost should have been below $40 because TMC Medical Supply is a network provider. I have been trying to get TMC’s billing department to call me back, yeah that doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon, despite multiple messages, no callback. Everytime I call, I get transferred to another person who handles that.They also charged for 4 months of rental… on a 3 month rental. Won’t call back about that either.Then add in, I could BUY the same unit from Amazon and have my Dr (who proscribed it) program it for what TMC said was my portion.

I called to ask whether they had draw sheets in stock. The first woman didn’t know what a draw sheet is. The second told me to use a regular sheet, folded in half. (Regular sheets don’t have handles.)
