Absolute ignorance of some of the employees that work here especially an older lady with gray hair is astronomical. They do not know federal or state laws requiring ID for tobacco products and they are extremely rude when it is pointed out That they do not actually know the full regulation. Not only that but they are insisting that they touch your ID and card in the middle of a global pandemic whether they believe it’s real or not it’s not there place. On top of that the store is dirty it smells like A musty urinal cake and there is absolutely zero sanitation between customers

Went into the cefco in Forney, Texas cashier said it was policy that he couldn’t take the change I had given him along with my $20 which was only a penny. This same employee I’ve seen outside smoking marijuana on the clock,on the property in between customers. I suppose that’s why he can’t count well enough to give me the correct money back. He bragged about how his job was secure when I told him I would be reaching out to corporate. I will be reaching out to management as well.
