I typically don’t leave negative reviews unless I have continuous poor experiences at a business. Today is the second time where I had a smoothie which was poorly blended and had weak flavor, the consistency was also very thick which makes me feel like they are using more ice than other ingredients. I am not exactly sure what they are doing here, but I basically had to chew my smoothie instead of drink it. There were large chunks of ingredients. I have now had this experience a couple times at this store by different employees, so it appears they are doing something different that is reducing quality. Never had this issue at other locations. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a mango kale smoothie and asked for no bananas(I have a mild banana allergy). My friend asked them directly as they were handing me my smoothie if there was bananas, the girl said no. We left and I tried my smoothie and there was indeed bananas. I have no plans to return to this location and am very disappointed.

First, Google maps says they are next to Spectrum, which they are not. They are over by Dillas.Second, there is no curb side service here, but the app says there is.Third, today there were two people working and there was onenperson at a table and no one else. Neither one of the employees acknowledged me coming in the store to pick up my orders.I actually had a couple questions and so I stood there for about a minute. They never noticed. I decided to not ask the questions, since I don’t think I will be coming back here. I got my order and left.
