Harvest House is a family owned business that is worth the drive, no matter where you live. Even when I lived in Houston, I would drop my deer off there and then drive 4 hours to go pick them up when they were finished.All of their products are excellent, and their summer sausage is hands down the best I have ever had. Make sure you try the Jalapeño/Cranberry summer sausage, it is amazing! They have after hours drop-off for your wild game, and what you drop off is what they give back. They do not mix and match customer’s animals, like other processors tend to.They also offer USDA certified processing of cattle, pigs, goats, etc. Just make sure to call well in advance to set-up a processing date.

I was going to the same place for the past 10 years to get my whitetail processed, until a good friend recommended Harvest House. Now I will be going to Harvest House until I kick the bucket! Great customer service, great quality. I could eat their stuff all day everyday!

They lost some of my venison due to a computer problem. They found most of it. It took a while to get their attention, but they are making it right. Sausage is right tasty.
